Brand New Day, Inc.’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-to-moderate-income individuals, youth and families through the development, management and preservation of affordable housing, promoting neighborhood based education, economic development and advocating for social equality in the state of New Jersey.

Brand New Day (BND) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit community development corporation incorporated in 1985 by diverse members of the community and the Board and Executive Director of Elizabethport Presbyterian Center. Brand New Day (BND) provides programs and services that are in demand from individuals, families, renters, homeowners, micro-businesses and supporters of the low to moderate-income population. "From clean-up to revitalization and support services, BND's ongoing efforts continue to restore hope and pride in one of Elizabeth's oldest neighborhoods." (Source: J.
