M.A.P. to homeownership

Mentoring & Progressing Toward Homeownership

Brand New Day provides monthly support meetings to encourage class participants to work toward their goal of homeownership. This group allows for peer to peer support and guidance. Homeownership Education Training is a prerequisite to M.A.P. Participants are tracked to monitor progress toward meeting their goals. The estimated program involvement is one year; however this may be extended for participants with complex barriers to homeownership.
