BND manages its portfolio maximizing financial benefits for the properties and taking into consideration the need for affordable rentals. Additionally, BND”S Property Manager prepares an annual budget and continuously analyzes income vs. expenses for each building. BND Property Manager has a written Management Plan and Management Agreement for each Property and manages the building in accordance to the guidelines specified in the agreement. BND has over fifteen years of management experience and an experienced Spectrum Certified Property Manager.

BND leases commercial space at a rate less then market to assist with economic development in a distressed neighborhood. BND manages its commercial portfolio in a manner that is financially advantageous to the organization while taking into consideration the need for affordable economic opportunities and its impact on community.
