Magnolia Street5 Two Bedroom Apts. and 5 Commercial Storefronts. Formerly various commercial uses on lower level with family occupying the rental units, the structure became vacant in 1997.   Brand New Day purchased in 1998 and completed the gut rehabilitation in 2000 at an approximate project cost of $800,000.

 

Homeownership Center

BND will renovate its current offices at 176 First Street to contain a state of the art Homeownership Center on the ground floor, including childcare area, classrooms, offices and small conference rooms.  The Homeownership will be handicapped accessible.  The upper floor will be converted from residential use to Brand New Day’s offices for its expanding staff.  The total project cost is roughly $300,000.
